About Sophie
Sophie’s practice is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based interventions. She draws on a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.
She has a particular interest in trauma, grief and loss, relationships, self-esteem, identity, anxiety, and depression. Sophie also has extensive experience supporting clients with stress management and adjustment difficulties, including workplace challenges and health-related concerns.
